Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 14th March 2026 Last Updated: 14th March 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided by Injury Exclusive ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

We may update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the site will constitute acceptance of any changes.

2. Who We Are (and What We're Not)

Injury Exclusive is a pay-per-lead generation company. Our role is to connect individuals who have been injured in accidents with trusted personal injury law firm partners based on the information you supply.

We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, make eligibility decisions, or guarantee acceptance or outcomes with any law firm. All legal services are provided solely by independent third-party law firms we work with.

3. Our Service

Our lead generation process works as follows:

  • We collect information through online forms, advertisements, or direct enquiries
  • We pre-qualify your inquiry using a 7-step intake process and OTP phone verification
  • We match your requirements with a suitable personal injury law firm partner in your area
  • We share your enquiry details with that partner who may contact you directly
  • We may receive a fee for introducing you to a law firm partner

We work only with vetted law firm partners. However, we do not guarantee the quality or outcome of any legal representation, response times from partners, or any particular result from introductions.

4. Your Use of the Website

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You will use the site only for lawful and legitimate purposes
  • The information you provide is true, accurate, and complete
  • You will not misuse or attempt to interfere with the website or its systems
  • You understand that submitting a form constitutes consent to be contacted by us and/or our selected law firm partners

5. Your Responsibilities

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Use automated systems to submit multiple or bulk enquiries
  • Attempt to bypass or manipulate our intake or verification systems
  • Engage in any activity that could harm our website, partners, or reputation
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

6. Consent and Communication

By submitting your information, you provide express consent for telephone, email, and SMS contact from us or our selected law firm partners. All communication complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable US consumer protection laws.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected] or using the opt-out links included in communications. Please see our TCPA Compliance Policy for full details.

7. Accuracy of Information & Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the information or introductions provided through our website.

8. Third-Party Services and Partnerships

We work with personal injury law firms across the United States as our primary partners. We are not responsible for the content, services, or practices of any third-party law firm or provider. Your relationship with any law firm is subject to their own terms and conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, forms, and design elements — is the property of Injury Exclusive or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Injury Exclusive will not be liable for loss of income, profits, or business; loss of data or reputation; any indirect or consequential loss; any actions or omissions of third-party law firm partners; or technical failures or interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
